Dr. Leslie Orzech is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Premier Oral Surgery & Implants, PLC. A native of Metro Detroit, she provides personalized surgical care for patients in Grand Blanc, Lapeer, and surrounding Michigan communities, including Flint, Davison, Fenton, Burton, and Saginaw.

Education and Dental Degree

Dr. Orzech attended Albion College, where she was a scholar-athlete. She then attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2006.

During dental school, Dr. Orzech was elected to the student council and inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. It was during this period that she developed her passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency

Dr. Orzech entered the University of Cincinnati Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program in 2006. Her comprehensive training included experience through the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

She completed her four-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency in 2010 and returned to Southeast Michigan to begin practicing.

Board Certification and Hospital Affiliation

Dr. Orzech is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Board certification reflects the successful completion of advanced specialty training and a comprehensive examination process in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Orzech maintains hospital privileges at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital, formerly Ascension Genesys Hospital. She also enjoys contributing to the education of oral surgery and advanced dentistry residents.

Outside the practice, Dr. Orzech enjoys spending time with her children, Ruby and Myles. Together, they enjoy nature walks and spending time at lakes throughout Michigan.
